  • Operation Garuda[2][3]: In 2018, he gained attention in Telugu politics by claiming that the BJP had implemented strategies known as Operation Garuda in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana and Operation Ravana in Tamil Nadu and Kerala with the aim of strengthening its influence before the 2019 General elections. He alleged that the BJP was attempting to disrupt the political environment of these states by physical attacks on local leaders through its workers. In response, BJP leaders asserted that the plan had been devised by the TDP and lodged a police complaint against Sivaji.
  • TV9 Forgery Case[4]: In 2019, he was named as a co-conspirator in the TV9 forgery case alongside TV9 CEO, V. Ravi Prakash, and CFO, K.V.N. Murthy. They were accused of doing fraudulent activities related to the purchase of 40,000 shares of TV9 valued at Rs 20 lakhs.
