Siddharth Mridul is currently a judge at the High Court of Delhi. The Supreme Court Collegium recommended him as the Chief Justice of the Manipur High Court on 5 July 2023.
He hails from a middle-class family in Delhi and has a keen interest in cricket since his school days.
Siddharth became a member of the Bar Council of Delhi on 24 July 1986 and began his legal career as an advocate in the High Court of Delhi.
Throughout his career, he handled various legal matters in different jurisdictions and courts, including prestigious ones like The High Court of Judicature at Bombay.
In 2004, he was appointed as the Standing Counsel for the Union of India, and later as the Senior Panel Counsel, showcasing his legal expertise.
