Sangay Tsheltrim is a versatile figure known for acting, modeling, filmmaking, entrepreneurship, and bodybuilding. He gained recognition for his roles in Bollywood films such as Radhe: Your Most Wanted Bhai (2021) and Jawan (2023).
After finishing school, Sangay Tsheltrim pursued Army officer training at the National Defence Academy in Pune, starting in 2001.
In December 2005, he joined the Royal Bhutan Army and served for 2 years before becoming a captain in the Royal Body Guards in Bhutan in 2008.
For the following 5 years, he dedicated his service to His Majesty the King and the Royal Family of Bhutan before retiring from the Army in 2013 to focus on bodybuilding.
Sangay Tsheltrim's bodybuilding achievements include multiple medals in national and Asian championships, and winning the ‘Mr Bhutan’ bodybuilding championship in 2017.
Aside from his bodybuilding success, in 2018, he penned the script for the Bhutanese film ‘Singye’ and acted in Salman Khan's Radhe: Your Most Wanted Bhai after an introduction from a friend.
He is not only an actor but also a talented dancer, boxer, and martial arts expert, showcasing his diverse skills.
In 2021, he portrayed Major Arjun in the documentary film ‘Rohingya – People from Nowhere’ and appeared in a music video for the song ‘Raat Baki’ in February 2023.
Sangay Tsheltrim's love for fitness led him to establish ‘Thimpu Muscles Factory,’ his gym in Bhutan, where he often posts updates on social media.
