Saloni Kukreja is an Indian chef, content creator, and recipe developer, known for her handmade ice cream brand ‘Indu Ice Cream.’
She grew up in Mumbai and initially planned to attend culinary school in Singapore after high school.
Instead of culinary school, she began sharing recipes on her Instagram page ‘Food of Mumbai’ and collaborated with brands to promote them on her food blog.
