Rajendra Shukla, an Indian politician, was appointed as the Deputy Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh on 11 December 2023.
He exhibited leadership qualities early on, serving as college president in 1986 and organizing the Youth Conference in 1992.
In 2003, Shukla became an MLA for the first time and held the Cabinet position of Minister of State (Independent Charge) for Housing and Environment.
From 2008 to 2016, Shukla managed the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources while representing the Rewa constituency, contributing to significant projects like the Rewa airport and the country's largest solar project.
