Rahman started playing cricket and football in his village with friends at a young age.
Despite his father's wish for him to become a doctor, he prioritized cricket over studies, often skipping school to play.
Supported by his brother, Rahman was advised by coach Altaf to pursue bowling due to his natural talent.
He represented Bangladesh in the Under-19 World Cup, impressively taking 8 wickets.
Anamul Haque Bijoy's advice led Rahman to develop a successful slower cutter delivery at significant speeds.
Rahman gained attention for taking 13 wickets in his debut ODI series against India in 2015.
During the 2016 T20 World Cup, he excelled with 9 wickets at impressive statistics.
He served as Coca-Cola Bangladesh's brand ambassador and played in the IPL for SunRisers Hyderabad and Mumbai Indians.
