| Debut | She made her film debut in Telugu with Neninthe (2008) playing the role of Aditri. Abhinaya gained significant recognition for portraying Pavithra Natraj in the film Naadodigal (2009), which earned her widespread acclaim. She later acted in multiple language films including Kannada's Hudugaru (2011) and Malayalam's Isaac Newton S/O Philipose (2013). From 2015 onwards, she extended her work into Hindi films with a part in Shamitabh and has featured in English cinema as well. Concurrently, she starred in the web series Mansion 24 (2023) on Disney+ Hotstar.
