Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka is an Indian politician and the fourth Deputy Chief Minister of Telangana from 7 December 2023.
He belongs to the Indian National Congress party and represents the Madhira constituency in the Telangana Legislative Assembly.
Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka's upbringing was in the village of Snanala Laxmipuram in Wyra Mandal district, Khammam, Telangana.
From 1990 to 1992, he was an Executive Member of the Pradesh Congress Committee (PCC) and later served as PCC Secretary from 2000 to 2003.
In 2007, he became a Member of the Legislative Council (MLC) representing the Khammam constituency in Telangana.
He won the Madhira constituency Member of the Legislative Assembly elections in 2009 and held various significant positions.
Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka was elected as an MLA for the second and third time in the 2014 and 2018 General Elections respectively.
His wife, Nandini, disclosed that they had an inter-caste marriage during a media discussion.
In 2016, his son, Sahendra Vikramaditya Mallu, was selected for the under-16 state cricket team in Telangana.
Rahul Gandhi appointed Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka as the leader of the Congress Legislature Party (CLP) in the 2nd Telangana Assembly on 18 January 2019.
