Joseph Manu James was an Indian director.
He passed away on 24 February 2023 at Rajagiri hospital in Kerala while being treated for pneumonia and hepatitis.
Joseph died just before the release of his first film, Nancy Rani (2023).
From 2003 to 2006, he worked as a child artist in the Malayalam film industry.
Joseph assisted various film directors in Kannada, Hindi, and Malayalam films.
In 2014, he began working as an assistant director at Reliance Entertainment.
By 2015, Joseph had moved to MTV India as a field director, program presenter, and bass guitarist.
In 2016, he joined Rockstar Film Company in the US and also became a journalist at the Indo-American Press Club.
Joseph relocated to Houston, Texas from Kerala in 2020.
Admitted to Rajagiri hospital in February 2023 for pneumonia, he was later diagnosed with hepatitis and passed away on 24 February.
