Jamie developed a keen interest in cricket after watching the 2005 Ashes series.
He and his brother Craig were born just 3 minutes apart.
In 2012, Jamie gained attention for his 93 mph bowling during the ICC U-19 World Cup against Australia, claiming 2 wickets.
He made his debut for Somerset County Cricket Club in the 2012 Clydesdale Bank 40 tournament.
After eight years, he signed a three-year contract with Surrey County Cricket Club in August 2020.
Alongside cricket, Jamie enjoys horse riding and playing golf.
