Gopal Baglay is an Indian diplomat from the 1992 batch of the Indian Foreign Service (IFS).
He moved from Mathura to Lucknow during his early childhood where he completed his education.
Baglay passed the UPSC civil services exam and joined the Lal Bahadur Shastri National Academy of Administration in Mussoorie, Uttarakhand.
