Krishnaiah received administrative training at LBSNAA in Mussoorie, Uttarakhand.
He played a crucial role in implementing land reform acts in Bihar, benefiting poor peasants.
Krishnaiah tragically lost his life in 1994 while trying to protect his bodyguard from a mob attack.
Anand Mohan Singh was found guilty of his murder, released by the Bihar government in 2023.
