Fouaad Mirza made history as the first Indian equestrian to medal at the Asian Games in an individual event in 2018 since 1982.
He is the third Indian equestrian to secure a spot in the Olympics.
Fouaad is from the lineage of Aga Ali Askar, a Persian horse merchant who migrated to India in 1824.
