Faheem Ashraf, a Pakistani professional cricketer, plays first-class cricket for Habib Bank Limited and the Pakistan national team.
He received a central contract from the Pakistan Cricket Board in August 2018.
Ashraf holds the distinction of being the first Pakistani cricketer to achieve a T20I hat trick.
Initially dreaming of joining the Pakistan Army, Faheem became dedicated to cricket after watching the 2007 World Twenty20.
At 13, Faheem decided to contribute to his country after being inspired by the T20 tournament.
During the 2016-17 Departmental One Day Cup, he emerged as the top wicket-taker with 19 wickets.
In the 2018 Pakistan Super League, Islamabad United selected him from the Gold category where he became the leading wicket-taker.
His first five-wicket haul in ODIs came in July 2018.
He was part of Pakistan's team in the 2019 Cricket World Cup.
