Devendra Kumar Upadhyaya is an Indian legal practitioner currently serving as a senior judge at the Lucknow Bench of the Allahabad High Court.
He is also a Member of the Administrative Committee of the Allahabad High Court.
The Supreme Court Collegium recommended his appointment as the Chief Justice of the Bombay High Court on 5 July 2023.
His father, RA Upadhyay, was a notable lawyer and served as standing counsel to various departments.
