Ashi Chouksey is an accomplished Indian Air Rifle sport shooter.
She gained recognition in 2022 by winning a silver medal in the women's 10m air rifle team at the Asian Games in Hangzhou, China.
In 2017, she enrolled in the National Cadet Corps (NCC) for sport shooting activities during her schooling.
She developed her skills in sport shooting in Panchmarhi, Bhopal.
Ashi Chouksey joined NCC during school days to avoid focusing solely on academics.
After school, she pursued professional training in Air Rifle sports shooting at the Madhya Pradesh State Shooting Academy.
Among 225 candidates, she was one of only 2 selected during the academy's selection trials.
She secured a bronze medal in the 50m 3-Positions women's team event in Changwon in 2021.
In Baku, Azerbaijan, in 2022, she achieved a gold medal in the 50m 3-Positions mixed team event.
Ashi Chouksey participated in the 2022 ISSF World Championships in Cairo, Egypt, as part of the Indian senior team.
During the Junior World Cup in Suhl, Germany, in the same year, she won bronze medals in the individual and women's team events.
In Hangzhou, China, in 2022, she won a silver medal in the 10m Air Rifle team event.
At the Chengdu FISU World University Games in China in August 2023, she secured a silver medal in an individual event and a gold medal in a team event.
During the 19th Asian Games in Hangzhou, China in September 2023, Ashi Chouksey won a silver medal in the 50m Air Rifle 3-position team match.
At the same event, she also claimed the bronze medal in the women's 50m rifle 3-position individual competition.
