Arundhati Reddy debuted for the Indian women’s national cricket team in the Women’s Twenty20 series against Sri Lanka on 19 September 2018.
She drew inspiration from the Indian men’s national cricket team's victory in the 2007 men’s T20 World Cup.
Arundhati enjoyed playing gully cricket with family and neighbors and would skip school to watch matches.
