Anahita Dhondy is a renowned Indian chef with experience at SodaBottleOpenerWala and Bombay Irani Café.
She was recognized in the Forbes Asia 30 Under 30 list for 2019 and is known for promoting Parsi cuisine.
Anahita's passion for Parsi cuisine developed early while she tasted various Parsi dishes in her Parsi family.
From a young age, she assisted her mother in the kitchen, sparking her interest in cooking and baking.
Having obtained the Cordon Bleu Grand Diplome in London, Anahita returned to India and co-founded SodaBottleOpenerWala with A.D. Singh in 2013.
She managed seven Bombay Irani Café outlets in three different cities.
During the 2020 lockdown, Anahita and her mother initiated a Parsi kitchen service, delivering home-cooked Parsi meals in Gurugram, expanding to Delhi NCR.
