Akkineni Nagarjuna began his acting career as a child artist in the Telugu movie ‘Sudigundalu’ in 1967.
During his college days, he was classmates with former Indian cricketer Krishnamachari Srikanth.
Nagarjuna has produced numerous successful Telugu films like ‘Premabhishekam’, ‘Ninne Pelladata’, ‘Mass’, ‘Soggade Chinni Nayana’, and ‘Bangarraju’.
He is a co-owner of the badminton team Mumbai Masters and shares ownership of the motorcycle racing team, Mahi Racing Team India, with Mahendra Singh Dhoni.
In addition to acting, he has made cameo appearances in various Telugu films and has provided vocals for several Telugu songs.
Akkineni Nagarjuna is known for his philanthropic work and advocacy for animal welfare.
He is the owner of multiple private businesses and film production companies.
