Some Lesser Known Facts

Jagdish Lad was an accomplished Indian bodybuilder who competed internationally.
He was born and raised in Kundal village and later moved to Navi Mumbai for work.
His bodybuilding career spanned approximately 15 years in Mumbai.
In 2014, he clinched a silver medal in the men’s up to 90kg category at the WBPF World Championship in Mumbai.
He also achieved a silver medal and the national Bharat Shri title in the Mr. India bodybuilding competition.
Jagdish retired from professional bodybuilding in 2017.
He relocated to Vadodara to work as a gym manager before opening his own gym in Gujarat.
Jagdish owned a Royal Enfield motorcycle and a Toyota car.
He was featured in an advertisement for SAN Protein, a bodybuilding product company.
Unfortunately, Jagdish tested positive for COVID-19 in April 2021 and, despite being on supplemental oxygen, passed away on 30 April 2021 due to inadequate treatment.
His wife also tested positive for COVID-19 around the same time.
