  • On 7 April 2014, she became the first Indian Pistol Shooter to be ranked World No.1.
  • In the 2013 ISS World Cup, she won a Gold medal.
  • On 24 October 2017, Heena Sidhu and Jitu Rai won the 10m Air Pistol Mixed Team event gold at the Dr. Karni Singh Shooting Range.
  • On 10 April 2017, she won a gold medal in the women's 25m pistol event and broke the Commonwealth Games record of 38 points.
  • Won a Bronze medal at the 2018 Asian Games in Women's 10 metre air pistol.
