Erin Burns is a cricketer from Australia and a registered exercise physiologist with Exercise Sports Science Australia (ESSA).
In 2002, she joined the New South Wales Under-17 Women’s team for her first country cricket championship.
Her father passed away in 2005 after a battle with cancer.
In 2009, Erin made her debut with the Tasmanian Roar in the first official Australian Women’s Twenty20 Cup.
She was honored with the Tasmania State Player of the Year Award in 2010.
From April 2013, Erin began her work as a physiotherapist.
In 2015, she cycled 1000 km to honor her father and raise cancer awareness.
