Dipendra Singh Airee, a Nepali cricketer, is well-known for his performances in national and international cricket events.
In September 2023, he achieved fame for hitting the fastest fifty in T20I cricket and is recognized as one of Nepal's top middle-order batsmen.
He developed a love for cricket at a young age and participated in his first school-level competition organized by PABSON in the 7th grade.
Initially desiring to be a soldier, Dipendra's parents were also hesitant about his cricket career.
He made his List A debut against Kenya in 2018 and his first-class debut against MCC in 2019.
Representing NPC, he played in the Prime Minister Cup and Kathmandu Mayor’s Cup in 2022.
Dipendra was part of the Nepal Under-19 team in the 2016 World Cup and later captained the team in the 2017 Under-19 Asia Cup.
His cricket milestones include a century against Papua New Guinea and a notable T20I performance against Mongolia.
He has played in various leagues, representing teams such as Chitwan Tigers and Montreal Tigers.
Initially a fast bowler, Dipendra had to switch to spin bowling due to recurrent injuries.
Sponsored by Global IME Bank Ltd, he receives a monthly stipend and cricket kit support.
Adidas began a sponsorship deal with him in September 2021, lasting for two years.
