  • Avinash started his acting career in 1986 by playing the role of Vishal Saxena in the Bollywood film ‘Pyar Ho Gaya.’
  • He also acted in many Bollywood films that were shelved due to unknown reasons like ‘Pal Pal Dil Ke Pass’ (1992), ‘Dil Mera Wapas De De’ (1992), ‘Aag Ke Sitare’ (1996), ‘Hinsa Path’ (1996), ‘Krantikaal’ (1996), ‘Dil Diya Ek Baar’ (1996), and ‘Tension Mat Le Yaar’ (2012).
  • He worked in different languages like Hindi, Punjabi, Gujarati, and Bhojpuri.
  • He did a number of plays like ‘Devdas Ki Paro’ opposite Varsha Usgaonkar.
