Some Lesser Known Facts

Prabhat Jha moved to Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh from Darbhanga, Bihar as a child and received his primary education there.
He initially got connected to BJP and RSS while living in Gwalior and became close to local leader Bhau Saheb Potnis.
Jha began a career in journalism after marriage, contributing articles to various newspapers and magazines including Swadesh.
He transitioned into politics by joining the BJP and served as the media in-charge and spokesperson from 1993 to 2002.
In 2005, he became the editor of the BJP’s publication, Kamal Sandesh.
Prabhat Jha returned a liquor gift from Vijay Mallya with a request for books instead.
He authored several books including ‘Shilpi,’ ‘Jan Gan Man,’ ‘Ajatashatru,’ and more.
Prabhat hoped to retire at 62, establishing a school and raising livestock.
