Madhav started his career in the film industry as a mimicry artist.
He appeared in popular movies like Master (1997), Tholi Prema (1999), Yuvaraju (2000), Nuvve Nuvve (2002), Dil (2003), Simhadri (2003), and Arya (2004).
His final movie, 'Dr. Paramanandaiah Students,' was released in 2016.
Later on, he shifted focus to politics, joining the Telugu Desam Party and participating in the 2019 state assembly elections.
He was hospitalized in Secunderabad on 24 September 2019 and urgently needed a liver transplant.
Despite being put on life support, he passed away on 25 September due to his deteriorating health.
