In 2019, Rakesh initiated the Innovation and Technology Summit as part of Mission Innovate Punjab. He held a press conference on 1 November 2019 at The Lalit, Chandigarh, to announce details about the mission. |
In 2020, Verma participated in ITB Berlin 2020 with a delegation of approximately 49 exhibitors, led by Prahlad Singh Patel, Minister of State (I/C) Tourism and Culture. |
