Some Lesser Known Facts

He lost his father at the age of 13 and his mother a few months later due to cancer.
He was raised with his two sisters and started working to support his family by giving tuition.
While in college, he discovered his passion for theatre, finding solace and enjoyment in it.
In his early twenties, he collaborated with Amarjeet Amle to work on amateur theatre projects.
He ventured into making music videos alongside director Nabhkumar Raju for a period of time.
His first role in the film industry was as an assistant director for the Marathi film "Devki," later working on "We Are Family" with director Siddharth P Malhotra.
Before becoming a director, he worked on TV series like Jersey No. 10 and CID Special.
Inspired by his grandfather's stories of Lahore, he conceptualized the idea of "Filmistaan."
He opted for realism over star power in his movies, choosing Sharib Hashmi as his lead actor.
His film garnered commercial success and received numerous national and international awards.
