Vohra is the grandson of former Indian Hockey player Yogesh Pratap Singh, who is the General Secretary of Chandigarh Cricket Association.
He sees his grandfather as his inspiration and attributes his cricket career to him.
Despite his cricket fame, he remains close to his mother and abides by family rules.
He was coached by India’s former Racewalker Harminder Singh in his junior years, and now receives mentorship from Yograj Singh, a former Indian Cricketer and Yuvraj Singh's father.
